With the Eagles in the tank, there's sure to be some serious withdrawal around here on Super Bowl Sunday. The local Arena League team, particularly its rock star co-owner, is doing its part to fill part of the void.
The Daily News has learned that Jon Bon Jovi will perform a concert during halftime of the Soul's Feb. 5 game against Los Angeles at the Wachovia Center. Tickets for the game go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. by telephone only through the team's ticket office (215-636-0421, ext. 3) or Ticketmaster (215-336-2000).
The Soul, led by new coach Bret Munsey, opens the season Jan. 29 with a visit from Tampa Bay.
