Bon Jovi resuming Have A Nice Day Tour 15 January 2006

Bon Jovi return to the road on Saturday, January 14th, resuming their Have A Nice Day tour in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In addition to the Have A Nice Day album, the group is promoting its new single, "Who Says You Can't Go Home," which frontman Jon told us was inspired by his own community service work in his home state of New Jersey:
"Building a medical clinic, which I did in my home town, becoming involved in the team to build playgrounds at foster homes and put beds in Covenant Houses and stuff like that, giving money to disaster relief, giving back... That's the kind of stuff that's inspiring me now. It's not about, 'Hey man, we got a new record out. This is a rock band!' Yech!"

The video for "Who Says You Can't Go Home" depicts Bon Jovi and others building houses for Habitat For Humanity.

The New Jersey Commerce, Economic Growth and Tourism Commission has expressed interest in using "Who Says You Can't Go Home" for a state tourism campaign.

Bon Jovi have North American tour dates booked into early March. The group tours Japan in April and Europe in May.
