Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with our intrepid correspondents. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

It's been a weird week for "Today," as they've had some big guests and a little bit of controversy (all of those things, strangely enough, have centered around Kanye West). But though West has declared that he won't be performing on the show on November 26 (the day after he is scheduled to be a part of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade), Bon Jovi didn't have any trouble with the show and rocked out to an adoring crowd in the middle of Rockefeller Center. The band blew through a number of recent hits (highlighted by the fan favorite "It's My Life") and talked about their recent Icon Award (which they received at the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards, which you can catch tonight at 9 p.m. on MTV) and their just-released Greatest Hits compilation.
