Bon Jovi drops Spain concert fee |

The Telegraph article
Spanish Bon Jovi fans have been treated to cheaper tickets to the band's forthcoming tour after frontman Jon Bon Jovi and his bandmates waived their performance fee in light of the country's economic crisis.
The band’s Because We Can tour starts next week in Denmark, before undertaking a number of dates in Britain, where ticket prices range between £65 and £295.
Bon Jovi will play in Madrid on June 27, but the €76 tickets (£65) were available for between €18 and €39 for the tour date.
Jon Bon Jovi, 51, told the Spanish newspaper El Mundo that the tour was not originally going to visit Spain due to fears that the concert would be poorly attended in the financially struggling country.
However, out of loyalty to the band’s fans the tickets were reduced at the expense of the band members’ wages, with the price just covering the cost of the venue, operating costs and the salaries of staff on the ground at the event.
