JoviChat is back: now as a channel on a private IRC server (drycounty.com, port 6667) - you can connect to #jovichat using your IRC client.
Easier and preferred way to use JoviChat is at http://drycounty.com/jovichat/ - available there is a java based irc client that connects to #jovichat channel at drycounty.com and supports basic IRC commands.
