Veteran New Jersey rock act Bon Jovi will kick off a world tour next month with a two-night stand at the Yokohama (Japan) Arena. Following five shows in Japan from March 28-April 5, the band will embark on the first North American leg of the tour April 18 in Phoenix, playing a mix of arenas and amphitheaters.

The trek, which comes in support of Bon Jovi's latest album, "Crush" (Island), will head to Europe in late May for a month, before returning to the U.S. for a handful of dates that will culminate with a July 27 show at New Jersey's Giants Stadium.

A special pre-sale promotion is in place for the U.S. shows, where half of tickets in all price ranges will be available through Ticketmaster.com at least two days before the public on sale date. Fans who register at the band's official Web site (http://www.bonjovi.com/presale/) by Wednesday (Feb. 21) will have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of four tickets. As a bonus, those who register will be automatically entered into a contest to win a guitar autographed by the band.
