The Star-Ledger article
Bon Jovi, who played for more than 50,000 people a night at Giants Stadium Aug. 7-8, has chosen a considerably smaller venue for the band's next home-state two-night stand. The group will perform at the Event Center of the Borgata in Atlantic City, Nov. 14-15.
The venue normally holds 3,700, but the capacity for these shows may be smaller, as the front part of the floor will contain tables, instead of rows of seats.
Tickets for the shows, which will be filmed for a future DVD, are $100-$350. An Internet pre-sale began yesterday through the Web site, www.ticketmaster.com, and ends today at 10 p.m. To qualify for the pre-sale, you must be registered with American XS, a free program fans can join through a PIN number on the back of Bon Jovi's 2002 "Bounce" CD. Tickets will go on sale to the general public Saturday at noon through www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone (201-507-8900) and the Borgata box office.
