great show, fans disappointing
First off, just let me say that it was an amazing show by the boys!! I could not stop jumping!! I just want to apologize to the fans behind me (who were in the fan club and were so nice) because I know that my sign blocked their view. My sign read "RICHIE- I'LL B THERE 4 U". So when Jon said "I see that banner out there, so I am going to switch it up a bit and let Richie sing this next one, it's called I'll be there For You"...... I went nuts!! Richie is amazing! I think he is the only guy that can get away with wearing a blue glittery shirt!
The setlist rocked! I could do without the david Bowie cover and Shout and Twist and shout, but other than that.... what can I say? 19 songs and 4 encores?? not bad for guys over 40! "Justin Timberlake, eat your heart out, Mother Fucker!"--Jon
Ok... now I have seen the boys twice in Pittsburgh, and the fans there go nuts!! I was in the 15th row, and there were so many people sitting down in front of me, as well as all around the arena. I have never seen anyone sit down at a Jovi show! And even most of the people who were standing up were not moving at all! Kudos to all you fans who really enjoyed the music and added to the energy that the boys were giving us. However, I don't think we can expect Bon Jovi to come back to State College if we have a bunch of deadbeats here. Can't wait to go back to Pittsburgh and see a REAL audience!
I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the show. If the boys are even half as good as they were in State College, you are in for a great night!
