14 February 2003 - Nashville, TN, USA Concert Review 17 February 2003
What a Valentine's Day gift!

A review by Lisa / dlivey@bellsouth.net

My mom and I went to the Nashville show and were absolutely blown away! Mom's a fairly new fan, while I've loved them since the 80's, but this was a first show for both of us.

From the moment those enormous satellite dishes appeared and the band walked on stage until the last farewell and Tico picked Jon up in his arms, 20,000 fans rocked the night away!

Being female, I could go on and on about how unbelievably sexy Jon was, but aside from that, the band put on an awesome show! They had a very friendly and fun-loving attitude, with Jon high-fiving the audience and clowning with a fan's gift of red fuzzy handcuffs. It sure looked like they were having as much as the fans were.

The event staff at the Gaylord were super as well; they kept order and were very helpful. But this crowd was here to have fun, and we didn't see anyone acting obnoxious or rude or out-of-line.

All in all, this was without a doubt the best concert I've ever seen, and I hope I get another shot at this tour before it's over!
