20 February 2003 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada Concert Review 22 February 2003
WOW! Come back Jovi!

A review by JoviTephie / xobonjovi_babexo@hotmail.com

This was my first Bon Jovi concert ever and wow...I never expected anything like this! Jon was SO energetic! Like always he was jumping around, communicating with his fans, and giving his best shot at a high note! The Goo Goo Dolls played, which was fantastic!

Finally, the lights dimmed and out come the guys from Jersey, who've seen a million faces and rocked them all! They played "Bounce" and I was in such shock, I couldn't hold back my tears. With tears still running down my cheek, I nervously TRIED to sing along.

Right after "Bounce" they played "You Give Love a Bad Name". Of course, you can hear everyone sing along! The guys : "Shot through the heart and you're to blame, you give love..." Audience: "..A BAD NAME!!!" Jon: YOU GOT IT!! I don't know why, but whenever I hear Jon say that, I get chills down my spine. Again...I cried. However, I got the hang of it and sang along through the rest of the night.

My mother who was sitting next to me, had a blast! Wow...I never really seen her with her hands up in the air dancing along!

I brought my cowboy hat for two reasons: 1) Richie and 2) Wanted Dead or Alive. They just couldn't leave this song off the setlist!

And for the first time in years they played "Damned"! The audience was all blowned away!

"Keep the Faith" was also part of the night, and they even played my favourite version of the song! THE JUNGLE VERSION! Wahoo!!

IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?! Yes, you got it, they played "Bad Medicine", followed by "Shout"! The concert was just UNBELIEVEABLE!

Jon said they'll be back, I certainly hope so! Well, now...nobody's perfect...Jon did two mistakes on stage. First, he called Ontario a "state"! Canada consists of "provinces" and "territories", not "states"! "States" are in the U.S! But it's alright! Jon sounded adorable! And the funniest mistake of all...Jon threw his microphone up in the air and it fell! He picked it up again and threw it, but this time he caught it!

Anyways, all in all, this concert was one of Jovi's best in Toronto! Congratulations Jovi! CANADA LOVES YOU!
