I must confess that getting the tickets for the Barcelona concert from France was hell. But that was really worth it. What a great show! That was the very first time I was seeing them on live, and now I just love them even more. Jon is simply the best, an increadible showman with a wonderful voice. As for Richie... well, what could I say? simply awesome; but I was delightingly surprised by the solo of David, which was simply increadible : what a pianist! I had obviously heard him before and on his album, but on live : it's so much more realistic and no mistake is allowed. Of course, I don't forget Tico and Hugh, who have as well a amazing charism.
A lot of people pretend that Bon Jovi is a group for teenage girls, with "cheesy lyrics". Well, what I would like to say is that when we don't know something well, we can't give any judgements. Because if those stupid people took time to listen to the Bon Jovi work, they would just realise that they are increadible musicians and that the words always reflect very serious subjects which lead our everyday life.
