bouncin' all nite
well, what can i say, but what an amazing show, altho the set wasnt as extravagant as 2001, with the empire state building, but who needs a good set when you've got the worlds best band performing??
right from the start i was literally bouncing, singing for over 2 hours straight, my voice is still wrecked!
the songs off the new album didnt seem 2 go down 2 well, possibly because the arent that well known, but personally i loved evry song, including diamond ring, which is surprisingly good when played live.
the whole crowd sang the first verse of wanted, by ourselves, and probably cud've sang the whole song, but hey jon's gotta get paid, its his job after all!
best song of the night was either captain crash or these days, 2 of my favourite songs, and olayed perfectly live,
cant wait til next time! must say that cold pint of magners was great after all that jumpim around!!! well done lads! |
