24 June 2003 - Wolverhampton, UK Concert Review 25 June 2003
THE GUYS ROCK

A review by Tawny

Considering we only arrived at 5pm we had a fantastic place. We were a bit surprised at how big the gold circle was but we were still pretty close to the stage. This time there were no shoving and pushing from the crowd not even when they guys first came onto the stage. As usual the band were brilliant, I have to say in all fairness though I have seen them better, but they are still the best and still actually seem to enjoy themselves on stage which means the crowd enjoys it more too. Jon played a nice touch when he picked up on a poster from a young fan saying it was his 7th birthday, he made that young fans night and I think he made a fan for life. A good mixture of songs and this time it seems that he is changing one or two of them from gig to gig which is great for people who go along to two or more gigs as you don't get the exact same show as in previous years. It was GREAT, looking forward to Manchester and looking forward to the next twenty years rocking with the boys :)
