why can i never get to the front?
I have seen BJ now 5 times, the first time being at wembley in 95' on the crossroads tour. This has to be the most memorable concert as I was a huge fan then... not that im not anymore, but it was my first time seeing them in the flesh. I was looking back at all my tickets and it cost £21 (as apposed to £38 this tour) to see them then and i mangaged to get into the front section pretty near the stage. The last 4 concerts i have never got that close again, now i feel like i took it for granted and realise how lucky i was then, even though i was still not right at the front.
Hyde park last sat was amazing but i know what people mean about the venue and moody security. my friends and i mangaged to get to the 2nd row back near the barriers in the main section, this was pretty good compared to the people behind but the most annoying thing was seeing that there was still loads of room in the gold circle area. we asked security 3 times if they would let us in but they were way too strict so no chance.
As for the concert, well BJ are the best live band in the world and its always a great experience seeing them live and hearing songs live from bounce, I just can't help thinking back to past shows especially wembley in 95' when they had the blow ups and rockets in the songs (take a look at 'live in london'). does anyone agree with me that there was something special about those 2 nights at wembley?
I have to say that they have never let me down though, they continue to amaze me with their talent and energy...lets hope they never say goodbye
