Jersey giants vs working class legend
From the time Bon Jovi walked calmly onto the stage the crowd erupted into screams of ecstacy.
Bursting into the opening of the show with one wild night, this concert continued with rock standards until the very end, with ver little basically no ballads.
Bon Jovi rocked through wanted, capt crash, its my life , prayer etc
This particular concert, a benefit show for the Australian Emergency Services workers/volunteers was the result of the gernerous support from the Jovis who "otherwise wouldn`t have been coming".
The highlight without a shadow of a doubt was the chemistry between the opening act, none other than the Working class man himself, legend of Australian Rock and roll Jimmy Barnes. As if sitting through Jimmys set then seeing the Jovis come on and perform wasn`t already value for money, the surprise encore of teqila (instrumental) followed by Jimmy joing the jovis on stage with "Ride the Night away" and "Twist and shout" just exploded into a blistering eruption of a pure stadium-rock and roll jam session never to be witnessed again.
