BON JOVI + MSG= GREATEST SHOW EVER

A review by SAMBORAGUY / NYCPERSONALTRAINER@HOTMAIL.COM

All I can say is wow. I've been to 5 bon jovi shows and this by far was the best one yet. Set list was pretty much the same as CT just in a different order but no complaints because the boys from jersey really brought the garden down.

Here are the highlights:

The show opened up with Last Man Standing as usal but this time JON was performing on a platform in the crowd!. I was in section 11 and he was literaly 10 feet in front of me. Then went through the crowd back on to the stage for a great rendention of YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME.

Complicated sounded much better live.

Crowd was hot all night. There was times where jon had to sing louder cuz the crowd was so loud.

This by far in all my years of seeing and working with the band the looset they ever been.

Jon was dancing and shaking his money maker all night.

Before Runaway jon said being in the garden brought back alot of memories, and how this is where they got there start. He also said how he remembers getting on stage singing RUNAWAY for the 1st time in MSG back in 83 and how nervous he was that his knees started shaking. You could tell during the song that he was thinking back to 83.

Right before ALWAYS he was like "This next song was a big hit for us, but I decided to redo it for This Left Feels Right". Then crowd cheers. Jon quickly says "This must be the fan club in the front here cuz yall are all like yay! kissing my rear end (he said the other word but edited here). Yall hated this record". That for me was so funny cuz it seems like he obviously read the message boards lol.
Great version tho. Everyone loved and sang along to this song.

Blaze of Glory was the best I've ever seen it played. Jon once again was in the crowd.

The main setlist ended with LIVING ON A PRAYER. By the end of the song jon was noticably out of gas and still shocked the crowd was so into it. He ended up having the crowd sing the last verse.

Encore:
I got the girl- Very cute song. Again put all his energy into it.
Someday I'll be saturday night- Always great
Treat Her Right- Crowd very much hot for this song
Wanted- Great way to leave us wanting more for tommrow

All in all despite no change in the setlist still the best bon jovi show i've been to bar none. Never before have I seen them put so much energy into a show before. Can't wait for tonight's show. Feel free to e-mail me and I'll send you pixs as soon as I upload them.

HAVE A NICE DAY
