10 December 2005 - Boston, MA, USA Concert Review 13 December 2005
A Great Rock and Roll Show

A review by JoviFan

Wow! What a setlist! 19 songs plus an 8 song encore. The band was sounding great, making no mistakes, and the sound was very clear. The way Jon interacted with the crowd was amazing, and despite his increasing age, he still rocked the Boston Garden all the way to the worst seats. The perhaps most spectacular part of this show was the encore. Quoting Jon, he "didn't wanna go home yet", and the band kept playin' on, with songs like "Someday I'll be Saturday Night", "Captain Crash", and the Christmas tune "Run Run Rudolph". Of course, everyone knew they were gonna play "Wanted Dead or Alive", because a Jovi concert simply wouldn't be complete without it. Although the setlist included a lot of songs from the new album, Bon Jovi still played its oldschool rockshow. Let's hope they keep it up like this for a few more years.
