14 December 2005 - Montreal, Quebec, Canada Concert Review 15 December 2005
Montreal is a special place !!!

A review by Steve

I've just come back from the concert! It was awesome! Jon was everywhere! He appeared at first in the back on a small stage. He then made it to the main stage by going through the crowd. He later did a very different version of Bed of Roses on a side stage very close again to the crowd. He made it back to the by the other side of the floor (compared to the beginning of the show!)

I didn't write down the setlist, but from what I've seen so far on your site, it seems like it was one of the longest encore and probably one of the longest show period. The Encore was in 3 part. All in all, Bon Jovi were on the stage for over 2 hours and a half, the longest show of any major rock band that I've ever seen. The crowd was in it right from the start 'til the end. When Jon decided to give us a 3rd Encore with Wanted Dead or Alive, he plained out said to the crowd: "You guys are trying to kill me! I've got to do this again tomorrow night!"

I've always heard that the crowd in Montreal was special. Lot of bands say that we're the best. It's the kind of statement that you think they say in every city. But as I can read comments from a site like yours, now I can understand that there might be some actual truth to it!!

Anyhow, the best show I've seen, EVER !!!
