December was better
Having seen him in December there was something missing this time around. I was shocked at the 2 song encore. Couldn't believe he didn't do Runaway, Bad Rx, Welcome to Wherever.... Sure there were a couple of surprises--I was pumped to hear Just Older, but looking back at the show he did in December, you just can't compare. His voice was stronger, more energy. My biggest dissappointed was the acoustic versions of Prayer and Someday....Sat Nite.... Those songs are made to rock....acoustically doesn't cut it.
I just think this tour has taken a lot out of him and down the road maybe only do a shorter tour but spread it out--you can't perform like that 5 out of 7 nights a week for 3 months.
