Let's give them a break!!
Let's give the band a break!! I can't even imagine performing for 2 hours being sick.....i don't know what illness Jon had but when he first came out he looked terrific!! He seemed to tire as the show went on but the audience was cheering and singing and there seemed to be plenty of excitement. I know i was hoarse from singing along so i must have had a good time! I'm sure we all would have preferred Livin' on a Prayer to NOT be acoustic....... but the audience sang it the only way they knew anyway. I think their December concert was better but in that 5-song encore, one song was a Rudolph Christmas song and the other a Tom Petty tune so really there were only 3 songs anyway. Not much difference. We still had a solid 2 hour concert, not to mention what a trouper Richie Sambora was considering the bad news he got right before the concert, he was awesome. Looking forward to seeing them in Las Vegas next month!!!
