Nice review! Although i don't agree with some points, i really liked reading it. It's clear and detailed and this is a musician speaking, not a Jon-i-love-you kinda fan.

I agree on your opinion about the stage setup. Furthermore, taste is very personal so everyone has different favourites among all the bj songs... BUT:

How can you not like 'last man standing'? I really think this is one of the best songs of HAND. To me, it really has this autentic BJ feel that other songs such as Wanted, Blaze of Glory and It's my life have.

That 50% hits / 50% crap remark made me laugh though :)... I don't see it as black/white as you do, but i know what you mean. Nonetheless, I like HAND better than BOUNCE cause HAND sound much more like classic BJ (actually the first 6 songs + I am + Story of my life are great:)

Well, i could go on, but i won't do that. Bart, you gave us a nice review, and i'm sure many won't agree on what you said (including myself partially) but it nice to read such a detailed review.


Such a pity Richie only got a five, but hey.. maybe it wasn't his day...
