WAS GOOD - WATS ALL THE FUSS ABOUT
Well I found milton keynes a strange venue and place. The place itself just doesnt seem like much - out of the train station, turn right, over a bridge and then a 30 minute walk to the bowl. And thats all I saw of it.
The bowl was an interesting venue, basically everyone gets a good view as its an apitheatre. Highlights of the bowl, were baguettes for a fiver with beef and apple - would of got one but thought they were steeply priced or a baggueete with tuna for 4 quid - thought I would go for that but what a disgrace for the food - they didnt even have paper bags. The toilets were out of the way - and what a sight when the lad was epmtying the pipes - all the excrement went all over the place - and on HIM!!! - to a loud round of applause.
Like many I am surprised that last man didnt open, but followed by bad name and streets was spot on. I saw them at hyde park which was amazing and expected the same 3 hours or there abouts and got what I expected. Both gigs were different - at the bowl I had a better place for starters and hyde park was my first time for bon jovi.
My highlight was on have a nice day - where richie did the one finger salute on the line "HAVE A NICE DAY". Absolutely hilarious.
I was really impressed with the screen, where on bad medicine it split and went all the place - spot on.
Then there was tico getting the crowd going at the end to get jon back out.
Thanks guys - it was excellent.
See you again at wembley.
