It's been a long wait
It's been a long wait for the boys!!! we've waited from 1995, so we expected a big bang to rock Sydney, but I don't know who made the choise of Melbourne for a 1 off concert!!!
Considering most of the fans flew down from Sydney town to watch the rare eclipse of one wild night.
Never the less, the energy pumped out by the band and the fans was enough to forget about how far we traveled and how boring and drugged out the support acts were!!!
Although I shouldn't knock Jimmi Barnes!!! He is an Aussie Icon who knows how to bring a house down without a demolition team.
Thank goodness for Barnes and co. Because the other support acts borred me into a half daised state of Un-consciousness.
BJ played for 2 hours which I felt was not enough for a one off Jam.
It's a pitty that the gig was at colonial Stadium, because the stadium was needed for a footy match the next day, which means the boys had to cut the concert from 3.5 hours, to 2 hours so the road crew could pack up on time.
Why didn't they play SYDNEY???
