2 May 2001 - Dallas, TX, USA Concert Review 6 May 2001

A review by amber

This was my 3rd Bon Jovi concert, and I have to say they are better than ever. I have been a fan since "Runaway", and in a sense grew up with them. It seems that each time they put out a new album, the lyrics have always helped me through my trials and tribulations. Now my six year old daughter and my twelve year old neice are huge fans. My sisters family and I took them both, along with my nephew, and they were totally blown away. Prior to the concert, I introduced them to the old Bon Jovi, and they thought it was all cool. As I looked around I noticed the wide range of age groups. Middle aged, Thirty something, college kids, teens, pre teens, and elementry school age. Its almost phenominal how this band can bring together such a variety of age groups.

The concert was totally awesome, as always. I have never been disappointed with their performance, I was a little disappointed that there were not enough ballads, but they totally rocked through the entire show and made me feel young again. I truly feel that I am not old, "Just Older", because Bon Jovi, gave me something that I can share with my daughter. It was really a great show.
