11 May 2001 - Atlanta, GA, USA Concert Review 16 May 2001
ATLANTA'S ONE WILD NIGHT

A review by CINDY TRAN / asianjovi@jovimail.com

The concert was absolutely amazing. SR 71 opened for them. I have never heard of them until that nite. The concert was held at the Philips Arena.

There were about 20,000 people there. The show was supposed to start at 7:30 so around 8:oo p.m there were still many empty seats available. My heart sanked. I thought that people were loosing their love for Bon Jovi but to my suprised the arena was completely packed by 8:30.

The lights went out then they showed the clip of Bon Jovi receiving the VH1 award, the crowd started cheering then the guys got into the elevator. Jon looked up straight at the camera then the crowd went crazy. We were screaming at the top of our lungs. They sang One Wild Nite then Bad
Name then It's my life. Everyone was so loud.

Jon sang Bed of Roses and there was this older lady that was standing by the stage and Jon slow danced with her that song. While dancing, she grabbed Jon's tight ass. All the ladies in the house were screaming. Yes especially me. I was like "NO!!!!!!!!!" but too bad, what already happened happened. People said that she was running her fingers thru his hair. I totally missed it. I was mad because that lady wasn't me, but if I was that lady, I would have too. Jon didn't not expect that at all. Jon was totally shocked. Gosh Jon is so fine and so was Richie. Dave, Tico and Hugh were at their best. I was expecting Jon or Richie to take off their shirt but they didn't. Jon was so incredibly sexy when he was teasing us with his Bon Bon. I had floor seating and it was pretty clsoe to the stage. Everybody was dancing and singing their hearts out. Especially for wanted, Jon played the guitar and the crowd sang the first verse. Jon looked amazed and very proud of the Atlanta crowd. I wasn't too crazy about Jonny's Church.

If you guys were there, you know what I'm talking about. I was up in his face taking pictures. I have yet to develope them but that's my big project tonite. I will post them for you guys. And if you guys got pictures from May 11th in Atlanta, I'd like to trade them with you. My address is asianjovi@jovimail.com. I love you Bon Jovi. Forever in my heart is where you'll be.
