17 May 2001 - Ottawa, ON, Canada Concert Review 18 May 2001
What a night

A review by Karen / James.stewart@sympatico.ca

This was the first time I had ever been to a rock concert and I would definatly go back, if it was Bon Jovi !! What a show the guys from Jersey put on. I didn't write down the setlist but they started with One wild night, they also did, Bad Medicine, Keep the Faith, Wanted Dead or alive, Someday I'll be Saturday night, It's my life, I'll sleep when I'm dead, Bed of Roses, Lay your hands on me, I'll be there for you, I got the Girl, Just older and Say it isn't so, ( not in that order). They played around on stage, showing just how much they all get along, as they always have. Dave grabbed Jon to bring him back on for a second encore before he left the stage. The last song before he left the stage for good was Tequilla.

He handed over the vocals many times to the audience, 90 % of us were singing, and he even jokingly wandered offstage while we were, indicating we knew the songs so well, he could leave and we would sing.

Best night of my life, definatly ONE WILD NIGHT !!

By the way, SR-71 wasn't to bad, for anyone who doesn't know them their most popular song is She'll do right now ( not sure if that is the right title but it's in the song)they were kind of Punk rockish.

Enjoy !!
