8 June 2001 - Glasgow, Scotland, UK Concert Review 9 June 2001
What a Buzz!

A review by chris / chris_bodie@hotmail.com

First of all i'd just like to thank the US government for allowing the boys to bring the empire state building all the way to Glasgow! the stage was amazing, a great setting for a fantastic concert. It kicked off with OWN and the crowd just went nuts! it was a fantastic set list, classics like Lay your hands on me, Blaze of glory, Bed of roses, You give love a bad name. But there was also anumber of songs i wasnt expecting like Born to be my baby, Wild in the streets and Raise your hands, all brilliant! The encores were fantastic, the crowd around me were all desperate for Wanted dead or alive, they werent let down.

I've been to a few concerts, but nothing like last night. I saw Oasis at murryfield, a great gig, but they only did 16 songs, last nights concert was about 30/40 mins longer and the fireworks at the end topped of what was definately One wild night!!!
