10 June 2001 - Dublin, Ireland Concert Review 11 June 2001
Blaze of Jovi!!!!!

A review by PJ / killemall007@hotmail.com

This was amazing, what a show.
The empire state building stage on which Jon and the band were playing was out of this world. The fireworks exploded from the top did so in sequence with the crowd, such as during "Keep the Faith" when the crowd chanted "Faith"and fireworks instantly roared into the air. The crowd were so loud, drowning out Jon on a number of occasions.

I was at the Crush gig last year but this was so much better (and louder), the band played for 2 hrs 45 mins!!! The set list was fantastic with lots of older stuff such as the magical Raise your Hands and Blood on Blood, but you can read the set list for yourself. The whole band were full of energy with excellent interaction with the crowd.
Bon Jovi put on a superb performance showing that they are always gonna be the king of rock music.

(PS Before the first encore Jon said "see you next time" and I hope for fans all round Ireland that this next time comes soon!)
