13 June 2001 - Huddersfield, England, UK Concert Review 14 June 2001
Excellent!!!

A review by John Tassoulas / ioannistassoulas@hotmail.com

There are no words to describe what i saw last night. Only feelings that i know they made me feel so good and so happy that for a moment i thought i was leaving in a dream. The show was amazing and the crowd much much more better that that in the "Crush Tour DVD". You could feel some kind of energy in the air!!!

The setlist was very good, no ballads, except "Bed of Roses".The show must have lasted about 2h 20m.I believe that Jon and the guys expected something not so "loud", but soon they realise that this concert was definately a really good one. Most of the time the crowd was louder than their sound even though you could understand that their power was reaching maximum.

Overall, great show (or i should say "big production"!!), great sound (nothing like the CD's or even the live one. Much better),Bon Jovi were on a good shape, always laughin (especially Brian!!), great fireworks.

Basically, what i want to say is that i am 23 years old and last night i felt like a 12 old kid whos parents are taking him to the park for the first time, buying him candies and ballons. That's what i felt,happy,peaceful...

Thank you guys for the great night,i'll see you again, soon!!

A fan from Greece!!
