I remember someplace got Diamond Ring acoustic that year, maybe Milwaukee?
They were - and to this day I don't know why they were scrapped. I just know that I always feel like I was left out. There are piles of bootlegs, and I have most of them, but I really wanted just Jon and Richie acoustic.

I saw a half and half show in Cincinnati in 2003 and it was really enjoyable and different. But, I can remember hearing people yell "play it the right way," so maybe they got a lot of flack about the acoustic half.

I remember hearing complaints too so that may have been what happened. I always regretted that I didn't get to see one of those shows.

I saw them at Alpine Valley in 2003, and it was a "regular" show. Three days later they did the half acoustic set in Minneapolis. Would have killed to have seen that, although not surprised Jon didn't do more of it. People didn't get it. They want the hits in original format. Also a crime the acoustic show in Yokohama didn't turn into a live double album.

This is why they should do a theatre tour aimed towards die hards who would appreciate something besides the same old. Like I would have been the happiest girl on earth if I'd been to one of the This House promo shows.

My first time seeing them live was Feb 2003 at the Bradley Center, normal show as well. I was bummed out I didn't make it to the Alpine Valley show but I heard it wasn't the greatest? Can't find any videos of it anywhere, then again it was still pre-smart phone era..

Well I think in the grand scheme of things, we die hards are in the minority.
