I hope whatever went on with Richie is just a temporary issue and not serious like previously. It was a bad night... what do you want them to do ?

I do feel sorry for those who were hoping to get rare songs , it is disappointing and for this reason I wish JBJ wouldnt promise them in the first place... Like someone said if it had been your first gig of this tour you would have been happy.... its not good to go to many times, you end up feeling let down.....

Yes Dawn... I've put on a lot of shows, but never to the Bon Jovi level, ha! Anyways... I don't think most people here are mad at mistakes that happen. They happen to everyone, and I've personally seen Dave Matthews, Aerosmith and Kiss make huge mistakes at shows. You're right about the human factor, but I think most people are more upset about what they're getting for the money they're paying. Just my opinion... it's human nature!

I am glad I wasn't at this show and the last one I saw was great, so I'm happy and I only paid $39.50 for my ticket.

I wonder how Jon would react if every time he forgets the lyrics or mess up with his voice the songs the band started to complain about him. Well, and let's not sorget that almost every show since Bounce tour there's something to complain about Jon's voice or other stuff. Sometimes he act like a jackass in public what makes it worse.

I feel like a broken record in saying this, but it wasn't the setlist, and it wasn't the amount of times I went. The band, and namely Jon were bored last night. There was no oomph in any of it. And as for if it was a person's first show, Bad Name, Wanted, IML all fell incredibly flat on the crowd.

I agree. From the very start, there was just none of the "magic." I was trying to figure out if it was me. I'd certainly been plenty excited about the show as we were driving to the stadium. We were all jazzed up as we had our little meet up before the show. I was a little farther away, but still had a good ticket. The people around me were into the show, so it wasn't that the section was dead. I just couldn't figure out what was different, but the electricity wasn't there. The best way I can say it is that it was a "professional" performance. It seemed like they were doing it because they had to, but there was no investment of emotion, fire, energy, etc. Ultimately, for the first time ever at a Jovi show, I felt totally disconnected from what was going on. It felt like there just wasn't anything to connect to. I'm hoping they restore my faith on Sunday night, or my insane trip from Saratoga Springs to Cleveland is going to be really tough to take.

Terri, you just described EXACTLY how I felt. Nothing grabbed me, and I'm usually always grabbed by certain songs, no matter how many times I've seen them. Even Faith really did nothing for me, and that song is as close to a bible that I have.

Perfect example. Faith always gets me. I've seen it at almost all of the Jovi shows I've been to, but it doesn't matter a bit. Love it. Last night, it was just another song. And for me, it wasn't even because they didn't have the fireworks, because the song was all but over before I thought of that issue.

I hesitate to use Prayer as an example because I spent most of the song trying to figure out how ****ed up Jon's leg was, but last night was the first time Prayer wasn't religious for me. This is where the whole "you see them too many times argument loses it's effectiveness on me. Prayer, for some very personal reasons, is the most important song on the planet to me. I NEVER get bored with it. It's the most played song on my IPod and etc, and I WOULD NEVER like a Jovi show without it, no matter what else they played. Yet last night, it was eh.

Things were off from the beginning. While I waited for the meet up I heard someone say that a friend of theirs who worked Bon Jovi security said that they were going on at 9:45. They usually go on 8:45. Then that **** Kid Rock played over an hour. WTF. When they started playing Raise Your Hands to open I knew we were in trouble. Like the others have said there was no energy and Jon sang with less enthusiasm. Rule was even lacking which is my favorite live Circle song. I had 12 row and I could see a disconnect between Richie and Jon. Maybe living in the same house in London for a month was too much. Just kidding. I wasn't angry, I was shocked because I never saw them like they were on Friday. The only show that I have ever been really disappointed with and angry at was Pru night 10. I hope Boston isn't like that for me and for those that are going as well, like NMS night 4 was. There were two things that saved that show for me, the company and a certain moment on the Circle. That I will keep to myself.

Do you think Jon and Richie had a fight before they come on?
