But Agony does have a good point. You should try catch an AFL footy match if you can. Especially one at the MCG. Tickets should be relatively easy to purchase.

Yeah Panda! You're totes missing out by not heading to the beautiful west and visitng Perth
I understand though, it is a far way away from the other side of the country, especially if you're limited on time.
As for things to do, you should see if you can do some four wheel driving along the beach. There's plenty of isolated stretches of coast where you can do that. That's always fun. Though if you're coming in winter you'll need a jacket.
