Springsteen Ends 15-Night Jersey Stand With A Little Help From His Friends
New Jersey's "Summer Of Bruce" ended with a bang Thursday night as the Boss invited a few famous friends to share his spotlight.
Springsteen hasn't hosted many guest stars on his current tour (his first with the E Street Band in over a decade). But for the fifteenth and final night of a sold-out string of dates at the Continental Airlines Arena, Bruce was joined on stage by Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, and Melissa Etheridge for a rousing rendition of "Hungry Heart."
Bon Jovi, the band, is currently in a New Jersey studio working on its first album since 1995's "These Days" . Etheridge is expected to release her next album in October. Springsteen and the E Street Band, meanwhile, continue their tour on August 21 at the FleetCenter in Boston.
