Bon Jovi top country music chart 28 April 2006
BBC News article

Source: BBC News

Bon Jovi have become the first rock band to make it to number one in the US country music chart.
Their song, Who Says You Can't Go Home, is a duet with Jennifer Nettles, lead singer of country band Sugarland.

The track from Bon Jovi's album Have A Nice Day was inspired by the group's work with US homeless charity Habitat.

The song recently won a Country Music Television award and has been nominated for an Academy of Country Music award for vocal event of the year.

Bon Jovi have just returned from the Japanese leg of their world tour.

The band have sold over 100 million albums worldwide over the past two decades and their Have A Nice Day tour has been on the road since November 2005.
