Bon Jovi reveals Greatest Hits album cover art in SoHo |

The Examiner article
Jon Bon Jovi considers record albums works of art, with a beginning, a middle, and definable end, all joined together by a common direction or force that fits the ‘feel’ of the work. It should come as no surprise then that the dynamic lead singer for the World’s Hardest Working Rock-N-Roll Band---Bon Jovi----would spend a lot of time in SoHo in New York.
Only today Bon Jovi wasn’t shopping or hanging out in his multi-million dollar penthouse. Quite the opposite: the driven man of a million plans took time out from his hiatus from his Number One grossing ‘The Circle’ tour, to bring still another kind of art work to SoHo.
This time it wasn’t on record or in an art gallery. No, today Bon Jovi revealed the simple yet powerfully elegant cover art for the band’s soon-to-be-released Greatest Hits collection.
Modeled on a t-shirt by supermodel Michelle Alves at the SoHo Grand Hotel, the cover consists of an antique gold Bon Jovi heart-and-dagger logo on a black background.
Classic music, like gold mined and polished from the deepest recesses of the earth’s core, grows more timeless and withstands the ravages of trends and pop culture flights of fancy, just like the band.
