Hurricane Bon Jovi's tour set to resume in Mexico City, Sept. 24 |

The Examiner article
Bon Jovi’s ‘The Circle’ tour has taken stadiums and arenas by storm in 2010, making it the top-grossing performing act world-wide on the road this year.
Neither wind nor rain nor dark of night---not even Jon’s torn calf muscle---have kept these Jersey Rockers from their appointed rounds. Now, after a lengthy summer hiatus to rest and re-charge, the whirlwind hurricane that is Bon Jovi is about to blow into Mexico City, fast on the heels of Hurricane Karl.
Right now, Mexico City is being lashed by gusting winds and pelted by bullet-weight drops of rain blown this way and that by Hurricane Karl. Fortunately, the storm weakened as it moved westward upon entering eastern Mexico; nonetheless, the government expects flooding, strong winds, and possible landslides in the states of Puebla, Tiaxcala, State of Mexico, Morelos, Hidalgo, and even Mexico City.
That’s right: Mexico City.
Rested, rejuvenated, re-charged and ready to rip it up, Bon Jovi is scheduled to perform this coming Friday, September 24, at Mexico City’s Foro Sol for the first time in several years.
