Bon Jovi set for Oxford Union |

Jon Bon Jovi confirmed as a speaker at the Oxford Union.
The American rock star is currently in the middle of the One Wild Night world tour with his band Bon Jovi.
He will speak at the world-famous debating society on 15 June inbetween tour dates at Huddersfield's McAlpine Stadium and the Milton Keynes Bowl.
Jon Bon Jovi, whose band have been riding high in the charts since their formation in 1983, said: "I do have a bit of experience performing in front of crowds but this audience does present a whole new set of challenges."
Bon Jovi follows other pop stars to speak at the Oxford Union such as Steps, Barry White and Michael Jackson.
Bon Jovi said of his motivation to speak at the union: "It's the same feeling that has led me to start at the bottom as an actor and prove myself - I'm not frightened of failure, I'm frightened of standing still."
