On February 25th, JON BON JOVI and RICHIE SAMBORA will be among the artists paying tribute to BILLY JOEL when he's honored as MUSICCARES 2002 PERSON OF THE YEAR for his humanitarian work. JON and RICHIE will perform a BILLY JOEL song - as will other artists such as Rob Thomas, Tony Bennett, Diana Krall, Mary J. Blige and Garth Brooks.
