The Goo Goo Dolls will join Bon Jovi's 2003 Bounce tour starting February 8 in State College, Pennsylvania. The two bands will be on the road together in the U.S. through April 15.


Goo Goo Dolls frontman John Rzeznik told us on the red carpet at Monday night's (January 13) American Music Awards that he's looking forward to the trek with the New Jersey-based rockers. "Yeah, think it's gonna be great," Rzeznik said. "It will be nice to play in front of, like, huge crowds. They're so popular. They've reached that sort of cultural-icon status. Yeah, It's gonna be fun."

Before heading out on the road, both the Goo Goo Dolls and Bon Jovi will participate in the entertainment portion of Super Bowl XXXVII. The Goo Goo Dolls will perform in the Best Buy Super Bowl Concert Series live at the waterfront at South Embarcadero Marina Park in San Diego January 25, and Bon Jovi will perform at the Super Bowl postgame celebration on the field of Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego on January 26.
