The Albany Conquest announced today that Bon Jovi will stage a special concert after the season ending game against the Manchester Wolves the night of Friday July 23rd at the Pepsi Arena.
The Conquest also announced that season ticket holders automatically receive tickets to the Bon Jovi Concert as part of their total package, as well as to all the shows in the Conquest’s Concert Series.
“Bon Jovi has sold out the Pepsi twice in the last three years,” declared Conquest General Manager Robert Zeig. “Bon Jovi is owner of the AFL’s Philadelphia Soul and a great fan of the AFL. We are pleased to present this special concert to thank our season ticket holders for their support of the Albany Conquest. With Bon Jovi performing after our July 23rd game, we can truly say ‘This Team Puts on a Show!’
The Conquest is staging a fun-filled season for their fans this year. In addition to Bon Jovi on July 23rd, they are offering the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for the home opener on April 16th, The Rembrandts on April 24th, the local favorites Burners U.K. on May 8th, the ZOOperstars on June 6th, Blue Oyster Cult on June 18th and the Alabama Blues Brothers Band on June 25th. All of these groups will perform following each game for one hour. Several will also make a short appearance at half time.
