One wild Night
Better than expected!
After reading a review in Kerrang & a few others, I wasn't expecting much from this offering. Of course I forgot to take into account how much these ppl miss the point of Bonjovi!!
I wasn't too impressed with IML; Superb performance but I suppose that song has been a bit overplayed!
After that though it was plain sailing - Prayer & Bad name as good as expected (I've got the Crush CD).
KTF & Saturday were absolutely superb!
Rockin in the free world was a bit of fun although I'd have much preferred Blood on Blood or Dry county (Or most any other BJ tune!)
Something to believe in & Wanted were very solid performances (Although the bit at the end of believe dragged a bit).
Runaway & In & out of Love just blew me away!! - Stunning performances & Jons voice was unbelievable!!
The Bob Geldof tune was a welcome inclusion! Excellent!
Just Older; A good track performed well;
Pain; The chorus was really uplifting another excellent tune
Bad medicine - Solid performance but would have been better perhaps with the Shout Medley included (I.e: the Wembley '95 performance).
All in all an excellent CD - Of course; not all the live BJ magic can be caught on CD but I will be playing it for months to come.
Rating: 8/10
