What do we have here? Still the same super powers..
The last Bon Jovi album I owned...This and New Jersey. So you will know the order I bought them in um..read: Slippery When Wet, Bon Jovi, Keep The Faith, Crush, OWN 1085 - 2001, Cross Road, These Days, 7800 Fahrenheit/New Jersey + Live and Rare CDs...
Anyway, here goes..
In And Out Of Love - Wonderful song..The beginning makes you think it won't have as much power as it does...But it's worth hearing.. Guitar sounds great... A 'group' song..
The Price Of Love - Listen to it..
Only Lonely - One of the best songs on the album. It rocks.. It's just..damn... I wish I had written it.
King Of The Mountain - Interesting title with interesting lyrics. I never thought this would be good when I saw the title but it rocked my world..
Silent Night - Woooo.. Not the Christmas song exactly.. Hehe..I really want to hear this live. By this song, it seems Jon was searching for an image for the band. They don't just perform love songs, they knew that.. And this is great.
Tokyo Road - HAH.. I love this song.. I have it live on an imported CD and it rocks.. I think Japan might really love this song. And no, that's not a joke.
The Hardest Part Is The Night - The intro to this song rocks..Big time. I've always said it should have been used in a NY/horror movie. It rocked...The lyrics ruled too. Maybe this was from an actual experience one of the Bon Jovi guys had..??
Always Run To You - What can I say?
To The Fire - Oh... I hated this song in the beginning..along with Keep The Faith from Keep The Faith.. but they all turn out great in the end.. Don't know how but they do..
Secret Dreams - Wonderful song for the ending of the album.. They should do this live or put it on their next live album.. It would be quite a surprise to the fans, I'm sure.
Anyway, I loved the album. It had the hard rock in it like album 1.. But still, all the albums have that quality..which make them all good
