25 July 2001 - Boston, MA, USA Concert Review 27 July 2001
No Words Can Describe It......

A review by Penny / PFleck@snet.net

WOW!!!! It was amazing. I've seen them a million times, but this show blew me away. Jon had so much energy. Bringing back the older songs into the set list was the best. Some of the songs we haven't heard live so it was a nice treat to hear them, especially BORN TO BE MY BABY, RAISE YOUR HANDS. They kicked ASS. I think the best was when Richie was sweating so much and he blew out his guitar amp and needed a new one and Jon comprimised and played SOMEDAY I'LL BE SATURDAY NIGHT acoustic. I think if it wasnt as hot and humid, it would have been even wilder. As I like to put it, BONJOVI is like a fine wine, they just keep getting better with age. I like how Jon played the crowd with BAD MEDICINE/SHOUT. and then came back for their oncore w/ BLOOD ON BLOOD and WANTED. Just when you thought it was over they played TEQUILA/TWIST AND SHOUT.
For anyone just starting to listen to BONJOVI or a fan for years, like myself, it was a treat and an eye full of amazement.
