OWN tour in general
Overall, the OWN tour was awesome! I saw them in November in Wilkes-Barre, PA and in May in Albany, NY. They did a good job of mixing up the set lists. However, I noticed towards the end of the tour, that perhaps they were taking things a bit too granted. No, I'm not complaining. It's just that Kevin made a good point about the set list issue. Bon Jovi has so many great songs! So, why'd they do basically the same set, two nights in a row at the same venue is beyond me. Yes, I realize VH1 was there, and they wanted to provide the opportunity to edit if need be. However, when you're as great as Bon Jovi is, fans would be forgiving if they did happen to slip a wrong note in. I don't think that it was necessary to do basically the same set two nights in a row just for the sake of VH1. Bon Jovi rocks, and should just be spontaneous. Again, so many great songs, there's no need for the same set list. That being said, I'm strongly looking forward to the next tour! Keep rocking...and please don't leave out "Dry County," "Runaway," "Hey God," or "These Days" on the next tour. Feel free to drop "I'll sleep when I'm dead," and "Someday I'll be Saturday Night."
