I finally made the pilgimage to the swamps of Jersey to hear the boys in their home state. What a night! Jon was very happy to be home, relaxed and radiant, his voice was as good as I have heard him. Richie looked wonderful as usual in his Sargent Peppers coat, various hats, and what a nice soulful voice he has on I'll Be There For You. Highlights- Runaway, Blood on Blood, Undivided, Hook me Up, Always, and My Funny Valentine with great accompanying jazz piano by Dave. Jon had lots of stories and anecdotes this time. And the staging, satellite screens and lasers were fantastic- a real rock and roll show!
