7 March 2003 - Philadelphia, PA, USA Concert Review 12 March 2003
Keep On Rockin'

A review by Thomas Conway / rsft500@optonline.net

Well I was blown away! The show opened up with the Goo Goo Dolls, which was rather a dissapointment since they really didn't seem to have it that day and to the unaided eye they really didn't seem to be playing:( except the backup guitarist and the drummer!) But then the show really picked up! The boys were rockin' they started with Bounce and they really bounced! First of all three of these huge satelite disks were behind them onto which they reflected their images. The lasers were fantastic and everything was on. Richie did his lead vocals on I'll Be There For You and then Bed of Roses came one, but Jon didn't dance that was a little weird, but, after the solo Jon was about to sing again and he forgot the words!!! He had to ask Richie and they kept goin' but he was sure to say at the end, "At least you know we get up here and play each day!" All in all a great show!
