21 March 2003 - Raleigh, NC, USA Concert Review 25 March 2003
Raleigh Rocked!

A review by Jovi*Goo / smelldawg@hotmail.com

Well we flew to Raleigh from Indiana. It was soo much fun! I was a little disappointed that the set was shorter than Chicago, but I won't complain. It was nice to hear 'I Got the Girl' and 'Captain Crash'. I hadn't hear those songs since the Crush Tour. Oh, and 'Blaze of Glory'. I kinda missed 'Keep the Faith', but once I won't complain. I was just so happy to be there. We had much better seats than what we did in Chicago. It was just a really awesome show. The highlight of my evening was when John Rzeznik, of the Goo Goo Dolls, waved to us TWICE. I've heard from 2 Jovi fans that my friends and I were in the spotlight at one point. We were the ONLY ones going nuts for Goo in our section. I was the same way in Chicago. I'm a die hard Goo fan too!! We made t-shirts for the cocnert and everything. The front said Raleigh or Ruined with a picture of JBJ and JR and then under that said Spring Break 2003. The back said:
~Round-trip airfare to Raleigh...$143
~3 night stay at the Fairfield Inn...$115
~Section 120 Row Q...$75
~Chance to see Bon Jovi and the Goo Goo Dolls...PRICELESS
We actually had quite a few compliments on them! Ok, all in all a great show!! Please come to Indiana over the summer :)
