Bon Jovi put on a fantastic show in front of a packed house on Key Arena tonight. From the moment the lights went off and the band took the stage, everyone was on their feet dancing to the music. After playing "Bounce", Jon thanked everyone for coming out on a Tuesday night, and then launched into "You Give Love A Bad Name." I was surprised by the diversity in the crowd, as there were a lot of young people there who were probably in nursery school when Bon Jovi first appeared on the rock scene. Jon dedicated "Undivided" to "Our brave fighting men and women abroad. Let's bring them home safe." I thought that was a classy thing to do. The entire show was pretty high energy, and Jon was putting on a dancing clinic the whole entire show! High energy is probably an understatement! Everyone that I saw was having a great time, there were smiles on a sea of people's faces. As we were exiting the Arena, and impromptu version of "Living on a Prayer" sprung up from the crowd, and there were probably a couple of hundred people singing the chorus at one time. This only lasted for 30 seconds or so, but it WAS cool! The Goo Goo Dolls did a great job opening the show, too. It was the first time that I'd seen them, and I was impressed. Anyone who attends a Bon Jovi show will definitely have a great time! They ROCK!
