Bon Jovi Still Rules.........
All I can say about last night's concert...well, letīs go!!!
First of all, I have to say that I belong to the old guard of fans (since the first album)and I didn't expect to see such a real hard rock concert...but it was.
The beginning had incredible power: Bounce, bad name, wild on the streets, prayer....maybe the only black hole was the sound (low volume and poor quality)
But along the concert it was improved...everyday,undivided,a beatiful version of I`ll be there for you (with a touch of blues that only Richie can do....), these days...wow!!!
The best moment was the begining of Wanted dead or alive...Jon didnīt sing the first chord because the whole stadium did it...beautiful moment...
And the end of the concert was amazing!!! Bad medicine, versions of shout! and twist&shout, and one surprise called Rise your hands...
I missed so much some solos (of richie, tico & david) and some songs (like in these arms or hardest part is the night) but you can`t always get what you want, can you?
In the other hand, there was only one song unnecesary, 'Capt Crash & the Beauty Queen...', nobody knows the lyrics and that is really a bad song...
To sum up, the band brought me back to their two first concerts in Madrid (with New Jersey and Keep the faith) and they havenīt lost any of their power alive...
So Keep it right there!!!! |
