14 June 2003 - Imola (Heineken Jammin’ Festival 2003), Italy Concert Review 17 June 2003
The boys are back in ... Italy

A review by Sara / sarazin81@libero.it

Wooohhh! BJ rocked Imola!!!I don't know how many we were but I was at about 30 mt from the stage and when my boyfried put me on his shoulders I could hardly see the end of the crowd! This was the second time to a Bj concert, the first was in Padova 2001: well, the 2 shows are at the opposite.Last time Jon was sick and he almost didn't talk to us, last night he (and the whole band) gave us energy, screams, smiles and WONDERFUL SONGS!It lasted 1.30h and some of us remembered Padova's night but...nothing to do with 14th June...a day I will always keep in my mind!
I arrived at 5 pm and I saw the Shock Rock band in "action"!!! they're great, the best way to welcome bj fans in Imola!
People went wild with Bad medicine, Keep the faith and Born to be my babe...I jumped like a cangaroo, I sang all the words, clapped hands, screamed like I always wished to do to a Bj concert: I'm entirely satisfied, it was worth the trip, the damn hot,the money, everything! Jon let us sing the first part of "Wanted dead or alive", the chorus of Lay your hands on me, and as we didn't stop to sing "na na na na na" in Born to be my babe he repeated it one more time.
Living on a prayer was fantastic and I enjoyed Sympathy for the devil mixed with K.t.f.
I'd like to thank all the fans and the band (Richie was a kind of magic and Tico an impressive "banging machine"):they made me had the time of my life!
Hope to see such a magic show as soon as possible!!!
I'VE GOT SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN!
BYE TO ALL!
SARA
